this project is to have a central/multiplatforms providing a stage for every financial companies who is able to use their financial power competing the risk in order to offer the low income population (70% US economic structure) with a much lower group rate for the financial protection as the 30% of US economic large corp have had the low payment for their employees. This platform is required to be equipped with the high authoritarian regulations coordinated with the Fed low income regulation programs in order to reach out for the financial commonwealth goal for the society.
