Featured at the 2018 Crowd Academy, Ms. Finkhousen called on her experience from General Electric to discuss the differences, advantages and disadvantages of internal and external crowds.

As a 21-year GE veteran, Finkhousen has also held significant senior marketing and product management roles in GE Capital businesses, delivering global strategy, marketing, sales, operational execution, and breakthrough business results.
